As Coach Milovan was sacked after failing sail through the group stage at the AFCON 2022, rumours and posts were shared on social media about how the GFA is eyeing CHRIS HUGHTON to be the next head coach of the Black Star team.
On Friday, 4th February 2022, many individuals and pages have shared on Facebook on the confirmation of Chris Hughton as the New Coach of the Black Star and #NEWS247 also posted:
"BreakingNews reaching our desk can confirm that former Newcastle, Norwich City, Tottenham and Brighton boss Chris Hughton has been appointed as Head Coach for Ghana BlackStars.
Otto Addo and Ibrahim Tanko will assist him to deliver.
